I started Cookies by Rosie in January 2022 to create delicious, small-batch cookies baked with fresh ingredients to be delivered straight to your door. 

It all started when my Grandma challenged me to a cookie bake-off just for fun in 2020. With the smell of fresh cookies filling the house, I was declared the winner! Even Grandma, not one to easily admit defeat, agreed! Now I am the official cookie baker of my family.

Since then, I’ve made endless batches of cookies for family, friends and coworkers. Upon trying the cookies, people would say I should consider starting a cookie business. Well, I figured…why not? I used this complex formula to take the leap: My own cookie passion + the world’s cookie obsession = (hopefully) success!

On a different note, when I set out to start this business, I knew I wanted to be as environmentally friendly as possible. That’s why I worked with Noissue to produce all of my custom sustainable packaging along with Elevation for the compostable cookie bags.
